FollowEngine collects account information, billing records, followed brands, and tracker URLs you configure so we can provide brand intelligence, alerts, and dashboard history.
We use Firebase services to authenticate users, store workspace data in Firestore, and store user-uploaded files in Firebase Storage. We do not sell personal information.
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
